Graham Chipchase
Graham Chipchase joined Rexam in February 2003 as Finance Director and a member of the Board. In October 2005, he moved to an operational role as Group Director Plastic Packaging, before becoming Chief Executive in January 2010. Prior to Rexam, Graham was Finance Director of GKN PLC's Aerospace Services business, the automotive and aerospace engineering group. He is a member of the board of AstraZeneca.
David Robbie
David Robbie joined Rexam's Board as Finance Director in October 2005. Previously, David was Chief Financial Officer at Royal P&O Nedlloyd and a member of the board. He held similar financial positions in both CMG and Invensys. David is also a trustee of Aldeburgh Music.
David Gibson
David Gibson joined Rexam in 1989 as European Legal Counsel and assumed his role of Company Secretary and Director of Legal Affairs in 1996. He is also a Director of Rexam Pension Trustees Limited and Secretary of Rexam's Remuneration, Nomination and Audit and Risk Committees. Prior to Rexam, he was a solicitor and practiced with DLA, a City law firm.
Nikki Rolfe
Nikki Rolfe joined Rexam in 2008 as VP Human Resources, Beverage Can Europe & Asia and was appointed Group HR Director in January 2013. Before joining Rexam, Nikki was HR Director for L'Oréal's Asia Zone and prior to that, she held senior HR positions in Whitbread, a UK leisure company, and J Sainsbury, a leading UK food retailer.
Malcolm Harrison
Malcolm Harrison joined Rexam as Sector Director, Plastic Packaging, before assuming his current position as Group Director, Operations in January 2013 following the divestment of the Personal Care business (Dec 2012). Malcolm's previous roles include Chief Procurement Officer at Nestlé and InBev, as well as roles in operations and sales at Bass Brewers and Britvic.
Ollie Graham
Ollie Graham joined Rexam in 2013 as Group Marketing Director. He joins Rexam from The Boston Consulting Group and has been involved in several large projects for us in recent years.
Craig Jones
Craig Jones joined Rexam in 2001 as Financial Analyst for Beverage Can Europe & Asia. In 2002, he became plant manager at Milton Keynes and more recently was General Director for Beverage Can Russia. Craig assumed his current role as Sector Director of the recently formed Beverage Can Africa, Middle East & Asia in January 2013. Before Rexam, Craig worked as a Business Performance Analyst for The Post Office.
Iain Percival
Iain Percival joined Rexam in 2004 and became Supply Chain Director for Rexam Glass (divested 2007) in 2005. Iain was promoted to Group Supply Chain Director in 2007 and Group Enterprise Risk Director in 2010. In January 2013, he assumed his current position as Sector Director, Beverage Can Europe. Prior to Rexam, Iain spent 11 years with Toyota in various procurement roles.
Rich Grimley
Rich Grimley joined Rexam in 2001 as VP of Manufacturing. Rich was Chief Operating Officer for both Beverage Can North and South America, before assuming his current position as Sector Director, Beverage Can North America in 2012. Prior to Rexam, he worked for National Can, American National Can, Reynolds Metals and Ball Corporation. He was also a principal owner of Bev-Pak, Inc., a beverage can manufacturer.
Carlos Medeiros
Carlos Medeiros joined Rexam in 2012 as Sector Director, Beverage Can South America. Prior to Rexam, Carlos worked for MEMC/SunEdison, a global solar energy business, and Pilkington NSG, a global glass solutions business where he held the role of VP for Solar and Commercial Building Products worldwide.
Marc Hämel
Marc Hämel joined Rexam in 2005 and became Managing Director of Rexam Plastic Packaging Pharma in 2007 before leading the whole Healthcare business from 2009. Marc previously worked in management consulting with Ernst & Young, before joining Crown where he held various positions in internal audit, financial control and plant management.
