Joining the team

Starting a new job should be an exciting and rewarding experience; we will do everything we can to help you settle in quickly and smoothly. We know it takes time to build up your networks and sort out ‘how we do things around here’, but there is plenty of help available to help you find your feet.

Our induction process combines formal and informal support to new joiners. There is a dedicated onboarding intranet that provides detailed information on everything from the history of the company to Health & Safety policies. It works like a kind of road map of Rexam, showing you where to go and what’s on offer.

However, as with every other aspect of Rexam, the most important and valuable support will be the individuals around you. The single most popular reason people give for enjoying Rexam is ‘the people I work with’.
