Child-resistant closures
We are a leader in the development of child-resistant (CR) packaging, and were among the first to introduce effective CR closure systems. Our closures protect children from dangerous substances while being easy for adults to use.

Dispensing closures
Our dispensing disclosures are simply and efficiently designed to keep material costs minimal and expense per unit low. The range includes one- and two-piece closures for liquids and gels, push-pull closures for water bottles and closures for squeezable food bottles.

Liners & inner seals
Rexam can supply closures with any commercially available liner and inner seal structure. We can help select and, if needed, develop liners and inner seals.
Rexam does not supply liner material – we supply lined closures.
Common liner types include pulp/facing liners, foam liners, moulded in liners (available in barrier and non-barrier formulations) and vented liners.
Our range of seals includes tacseal inner seals (also known as induction heat activated Tacseals) and pressure sensitive tacseals.

Jars
We produce plastic injection-moulded jars and closures for a variety of applications, primarily for the personal care and food markets.
Our comprehensive range of matching jars and wide-mouthed cap and screw closures is made from polypropylene (PP) or polystyrene (PS).
Our double wall jars offer a flush finish between the jar and closure and are particularly suitable for personal care packaging on aesthetic grounds.
Single wall jars
1.5oz to 34oz available. Clean, sleek appearance. Offer a heavy wall option which gives feel of glass, child-resistant nestable jar option, manufactured in polypropylene and polystyrene.
Double wall jars
Widest jar size offering in the industry. Jar with upscale look and feel for personal care market.
